CERAMIC COATINGS
A ceramic coating is a semi-permanent layer of a ceramic resin that is applied and cures into a very thin, glass-like layer. Ceramic is more resistant to scratches and provides exceptional gloss and depth while repelling water and other contamination better than temporary protection products like waxes and sealants.
Ceramic coating technology provides enhanced hydrophobic behavior, durability, and gloss. With a dramatically lowered sliding angle, ceramic coatings provides a self-cleaning factor, allowing water and dirt particles to roll off the surface more dramatically.
It is necessary that the paint is in its best condition before any ceramic product is applied or we will be locking in a blemish for the next 7 to 9 years! This is why all of our Ceramic packages begin with a complete paint inspection.
We measure the thickness and gloss ratings of your paint system. We also index and any imperfections that we discover under a paint magnifier to insure that the coatings are not locking into the finish any unseen micro rust or contaminants that are not visible to the naked eye.
